Drew Dorweiler enjoys over 32 years of experience in the valuation of hundreds of privately & publicly-held companies in business valuation, corporate finance & litigation support mandates on a global basis. He has frequently participated as a financial advisor in corporate acquisitions, divestitures & start-up businesses & in sourcing financing in North America & internationally. Drew is Managing Partner of Dartmouth Partners Limited, a boutique business valuation, litigation support and M&A/corporate finance advisory firm with offices in Montreal, Canada and Chicago, USA.  He is also co-Managing Director of IJW Dorweiler Ltd. a business valuation and cross-border transaction advisory firm located in Hong Kong. Mr. Dorweiler has testified as an expert witness in more than 25 cases before the Quebec Superior Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, U.S. District Court, Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, The Tax Court of Canada & arbitration panels in high-profile, complex financial litigation & valuation matters. Drew is recognized as one of North America's pre-eminent valuators of professional sports franchises & properties. His valuation & transaction repertoire includes NHL, MLB, NBA, CFL, English Premier League & semi-professional sports teams, arenas, broadcasting & naming rights. Mr. Dorweiler has enjoyed giving numerous interviews featured in North American television, radio & print media on valuation, financial & sports business matters. He has spoken at myriad conferences & authored various chapters and articles in professional publications on business valuation, litigation support & fraud-related topics during the past 27 years. Mr. Dorweiler was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation for 2013-2018 (he was Chair of the Business Valuation Resource Panel in 2015) & elected to the Board of Directors of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators from 2006-2009. Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Economics, Dartmouth College. He obtained a dual MBA, Corporate Finance & Accounting, Lubin Graduate School of Business, Pace University. He is a DJ on a commercial radio station in Montreal hosting a weekly programme featuring UK indie music. Mr. Dorweiler is co-founder of a firm performing business management for several internationally-renown musical artists. Elected to Board of Directors of Canadian federal political party since 1995.
